PLEASE NOTE: Registrations procedures have changed! Make sure to read the provided guidelines carefully.
BTA members may register in advance on April 29th and May 2nd ONLY. All BTA members will receive the audition registration forms via e-mail by April 28th. If you do not receive your registration form, please call BTA at 410-662-9945
Non-Members may register for the remaining time slots on May 6th, 9th, and 13th. No time slots will be assigned outside of these dates.
TO REGISTER:
FIRST: Download and fill out registration form completely and return it to BTA by e-mail to info@baltimoreperforms.org or fax to 410-662-9945
SECOND: Visit or call BTA offices at 410-662-9945 between the hours of 1pm and 4pm on the dates listed above. You will be assigned a time slot based on your preference and current availability.
Children ages 8-14 should register for the Saturday 11am time slot.
THIRD: EITHER WITH REGISTRATION OR ASAP AFTER REGISTERING:
Mail or deliver 40 headshots with resume firmly affixed to the back- stapled in four corners and trimmed to size or printed on the back of a headshot, to be received in our office no later thanTuesday, May 13th
IF MAILING: Send to PO Box 10621, Baltimore, MD 21285.
IF DELIVERING, bring to 100 E. 23rd Street, Suite 3-D during office hours (Tuesday and Friday. from 1 pm – 5 pm). You may drop off your package on the third floor outside of our office any weekday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and it will be secure.
If you have any questions regarding your headshot or resume, please do not hesitate to call BTA at 410-662-9945. Please note: if your headshot/resume packets are not assembled correctly, they will not be accepted!
NOTIFICATION:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your time slot within a week of registration.
TWO MINUTES TO SHOWCASE YOURSELF:
Your choice: comedy OR drama…one OR two short contrasting monologues… OR a song and short monologue: YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES. Time Yourself!

Pianist will be provided on Saturday, May 17th, between 10:00am and 12pm (bring sheet music in your key). At other times singers may bring a cued tape recorder or sing a capella.
BTA will videotape the auditions of all non-union actors. If you would like a copy of the recording, you may send a check to BTA for $20 for a CD or $15 for a VHS with your application or pay at the auditions (no credit cards).
PARKING/CHECK-IN:
Check in 45 minutes before the scheduled time slot so we may guide you through the registration process. Please allow sufficient time to park.

Area-Wide Auditions are open to all current BTA Organizational Members in good stading.
Organizational members are invited to bring up to four representatives to the BTA auditions. Based on availability, BTA will provide each organization with one or two headshot packages. To register, please e-mail the list of representatives attending from your organization to info@baltimoreperforms.org.
